On November 21, at 14:12 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that forage had been on fire in Sarnakunq village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 18:37 and extinguished at 22:03.About 2000 bales of hay were burnt.
