On December 16, at 13։53 an emergency call was received to Shirak Regional Crisis Management Center that forage had been on fire in the yard of a house on 1st Street in Lusaghbyur village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The fire was contained at 15:45 and extinguished at 18:55. Approximately 1500 bales of hay were burnt.
