On November 1, at 11։52 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that forage had been on fire in the yard of a house on 7th Street in Lejan village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 12։25 and extinguished at 15։159. About 450 bales of hay were burnt.
