On January 6, at 20։53 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that hayrick had been on fire in Chochkan village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads and Odzon Emergency Point of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that a pile of fodder was burning near a house on the 10th dead end of the 1st street in village.

The fire was localized at 23:30 and extinguished at 05:50 on January 7. About 600 bales of hay were burnt.

The fire was prevented from spreading to adjacent buildings.
