On October 23, at 14:57 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that forage had been on fire in the yard of a house on the 5th street of Chkalovka village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 15։58 and extinguished at 17։28. About 900 bales of hay in the yard of the house were burnt.
