On October 14, at 10։45 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that grassland had been on fire in the yard of a house near the post office in Gyulagarak village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 18:50 and extinguished at 20:35. About 300 bales of hay were burnt. The fire was prevented from spreading to the barn.
