On October 7, at 14։03 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that house had been on fire on Zoravar Andranik Street in Vardenis town.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that forage was burning in the yard of a house on Zoravar Andranik Street.

The fire was localized at 14:53 and extinguished at 15:42. About 900 bales of hay were burnt. The fire was prevented from spreading to the barn.
