On September 1, at 17։59 an emergency call was received to Shirak Regional Crisis Management Center that forage had been on fire in Hayrenyats village.

Two fire units from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized on September 2 at 00:18 and extinguished at 04:38. About 700 tons of fodder burned in the yard of one of the houses on 5th Street in the village.
