On July 20, at 11:46 an emergency call was received to Armavir Regional Crisis Management Center that haystack had been on fire in the beginning of Lernamerdz village.

Three fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 12:59 and extinguished at 14:07. About 400 bales were burnt.

The rescuers managed to managed to prevent the fire from spreading to the adjacent house. One tractor and one truck participated in the firefighting activities.
