On May 1, at 19:17 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that forage had been on fire in the territory called “Hamalir” in Vardenis village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 19։33 and extinguished at 20։48. About 200 bales of hay were burnt.
