On April 9, at 17։52 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Operative Management Center that hayrick had been on fire in Noratus village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 19:28 and extinguished at 22:07. About 500 bales of hay was burnt in the yard of a house on Grigor Lusavorich Street in the village.
