On November 9, at 11։07 an emergency call was received to Vayots Dzor Regional Crisis Management Center that the roof of a barn and forage had been on fire in Gndevaz village.

Four fire units and the operative group from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out on the roofs of one of the houses and the barn adjacent to the house on the 5th street of the village.

The fire was localized at 12:33 and extinguished at 15:05. The roof (about 300 square meters) of the barn, the wooden constructions (partially) of the roof of the house, 100 bales of hay, 10 solar panels and household items were burnt.

The firefighters prevented the fire from spreading to the residential areas of the house and the adjacent barn. 2 water tankers were involved in the fire extinguishing activities.
