On March 15, at 13։36 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that barn barn had been on fire in Kot village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department and one fire unit from Voskevan of the Fire and Rescue Squad of Noyemberyan Preservation of Special Objects of Collective Center of Civil Defense Forces of Civil Protection Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 14:24 and extinguished at 14:46. The roof of the barn (about 40 square meters) was burnt.
