On August 16, at 14:33 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that smoke had noticed from the a building on Vardanants Street of Yerevan city.

Two fire units and one autoladder from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 15:12 and extinguished at 15:40. The wooden constructions (about 40 square meters) on the roof were burnt.
