On September 26, at 15։18 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that grassland had been on fire near a house on 2nd Street in Zovuni village of Kotayk province.

"1 BIS" degree of fire complexity was announced: four more fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads and the duty group of the Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities of Yerevan Rescue Department, the operative group of the Crisis Management National Center, the duty group of the Medical Care Provision of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that unexploited cars, a storage room adjacent to the house and a grassland were burning.

The fire was localized at 16:01 and extinguished at 16:32. 2 square meter section of the roof of the house, a partial storage room door, unexploited cars parked in the area adjacent to the house and 3,000 square meters of grassland were burnt.
