On August 18, at 10։51 an emergency call was received to Armavir Regional Crisis Management Center that fire had broken out in a house near the club in Hovtamej village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out on the roofs of two houses.

The fire was localized at 11:09 and extinguished at 11:35. About 13 square meters of the wooden constructions of the roofs of two houses, the ceiling of the hall (about 10 square meters) of a house, the roof  (about 10 square meters) of the storage room and property were burnt.
