Firefighters extinguished a fire that broke out in a house in Nerkin Charbakh

On August 6, at 20:32 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that a fire had broken out in a house in Nerkin Charbakh.

Three fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Yerevan Rescue Department, groups on duty from Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities and Medical Care Provision of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that gas leaks occurred from cylinders in different rooms of the house, resulting in a fire.

The fire was localized at 21:18 and extinguished at 21:44. The wooden constructions (about 100 square meters) of the roof of the house, the kitchen, and the entryway—along with furniture and appliances—were burned, and two rooms (about 60 square meters) were heat-damaged.
