On January 17, at 16։19 an emergency call was received to Aragatsotn Regional Crisis Management Center that fire had broken out in a building in Dzor Gitavan block of Ashtarak town.

Operative group and two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out in a stone pavilion (about 30 square meters) adjacent to a house in Gitavan district.

The fire was localized at 16:42 and extinguished at 17:00. The pavilion along with its belongings was burnt.
