On June 22, at 11:43 an emergency call was received to 112 Operative Management Center of the MIA that fire had broken out in an apartment in a building on Vilnius Street in Yerevan city.

One fire unit and one autoladder, the duty group of Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out in an apartment on the 8th floor.

The fire was localized at 12:18 and extinguished at 12:35. The bedroom with its belongings was burnt.

The rescuers evacuated eight citizens. Two citizens received appropriate assistance on the spot.
