On June 23, at 19։17 an emergency call was received to 112 Operative Management Center of the MIA that fire had broken out in a building on Tichina Street of Yerevan city.

Four fire unit and one autoladder, the duty group from Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department, the duty group from the Psychological Assistance and Medical Care Provision Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out on the 15th floor of a 15-storey semi-detached building.

The fire was localized at 21:05 and extinguished at 21:45. The wooden constructions (about 200 square meters) were burnt.

The firefighters managed to prevent the fire from spreading to other parts of the building.
