On April 3, at 12:28 an emergency call was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that fire had broken out in the area adjacent to Brnakot village.

The fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 14:34 and extinguished at 15:10. The grassland was burnt.

Thanks to the operative actions of the firefighters, the spread of the fire to nearby settlements and yards were prevented.
