On April 16, at 21:09 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that housed roof had been on fire at the beginning of Karkop village.

Three fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out on the roof of one of the houses on 1st Street in Karkop village.

The fire was localized at 22:10 and extinguished at 23:20. The wooden constructions of the roof of the house (about 20 square meters), the ceiling (about 30 square meters) and the property were burnt.
