On September 3, at 02։46 an emergency call was received to Vayots Dzor Regional Crisis Management Center that barn roof had been on fire in Gndevaz village.

The operative group and two fire units from Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out on the roof of a barn adjacent to one of the houses on the 4th street of the village.

The fire was localized at 03:44 and extinguished at 05:16. The wooden constructions (about 80 square meters) of the roof were burnt.

The firefighters prevented the fire from spreading to adjacent buildings.
