On November 28, at 16:29 information was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that smoke had been noticed in the upper part of Sivashakan district in Vanadzor town.

Rescue forces from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 19:19 and extinguished at 19:47. Grassland on the peak of Bazum mountain range was burnt.
