On November 4, at 20:01 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that house had been on fire near 28/1 Sero Khanzadyan Street of Yerevan city.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA was dispatched to the scene.

The fire was isolated at 20։27. and extinguished at 21։24. The 3rd floor of the building, with household items were burnt and the wooden constructions of the roof (about 50 square meters) were heat-damaged.
