On July 4, at 16:12 an emergency call was received to Armavir Regional Crisis Management Center that smoke had been noticed from an apartment on the 3rd floor of a building on Heratsi Street in Armavir town.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

For safety reasons, firefighters evacuated 4 residents from the building.

The fire was localized at 16:46 and extinguished at 17:13. The kitchen of the apartment (about 20 square meters) with its contents was burnt.

The firefighters prevented the fire from spreading to neighboring apartments.
