On May 19, at 20։25 an emergency call was received to Ararat Regional Operative Management Center that fire had broken out in a house on 4th Street in Masis town.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 
It turned out that the fire broke out inside a building on Yerevanyan Street, which serves as a residence.

The fire was localized at 20:35 and extinguished at 20:40. The furniture (about 10 square meters) in the kitchen was burnt. Two casualties and two citizens' dead bodies were found inside the building.

The firefighters moved the citizens' dead bodies to the mortuary vehicle and the casualty to the ambulance: the latter were hospitalized.
