On January 4, at 13:42 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that building had been on fire on Gortsaranayin street in Vanadzor town.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 14։01 and extinguished at 14։25. About 90 square meters of the ceiling of the building (about 370 square meters), about 70 square meters of the wooden roof constructions and household items were burnt.
