On September 28, at 21:59 an emergency call was received to Armavir Regional Crisis Management Center that house had been on fire at the 4th dead end of Michurini street in Vagharshapat town.

Four fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of the Regional Rescue Departments of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that the fire broke out on the roofs of two adjacent houses.

The fire was localized at 22:36 and extinguished at 23:15. The wooden constructions (10 square meters) of the roof (200 square meters) of a house, the wooden constructions (about 40 square meters) of the roof of the storage room, the wooden  constructions of the roof (130 square meters) of the adjacent house (60 square meters) and the ceiling (about 8 square meters) of the kitchen were burnt.
