On November 3, at 17:38 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that forage had been on fire near kindergarten of Tsovinar village of Gegharkunik province.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that forage was burning near a barn roof in a house on the 6th street of the 1st block of the village.

The fire was localized at 18։06 and extinguished at 23։00. About 400 bales of hay were burnt.
