On October 19, at 13:10 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that house had been on fire in Kut village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was isolated at 13:47 and extinguished at 14:30. The wooden constructions (about 30 square meters) of the roof of a house on the 3rd dead-end of the 2nd street of the village were burnt.
