On September 9, at 16:36 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that car had been on fire near Kanaker Hydroelectric Power Plant of Yerevan city.

One fire unit from Fire and Rescue Squad of Yerevan Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 16:57 and extinguished at 17:04. "Opel" car was burnt.
