On November 17, at 01:08 an emergency call was received to Lori Regional Crisis Management Center that an uninhabited house had been on fire on Proshyan Street in Stepanavan town.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 01:22 and extinguished at 02:28. The uninhabited house (about 40 square meters) was burnt.
