On November 13, at 17:48 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that peat field had been on fire between Vanevan and Mets Masrik villages .

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out in the peat fields of Torfavan village.

The fire was localized at 20:25 and extinguished at 21:06. The peat in 40 hearths in an area of ​​​​about 1 ha was burnt.
