On August 27, at 21:30 an emergency call was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that lodge had been on fire in Nubarashen "G-7" district of Yerevan city.

Three fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Yerevan Rescue Department and the duty group of the of Management Division for the Firefighting and Rescue Activities of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that the fire broke out in two residential houses.

The fire was localized at 22:59 and extinguished at 23:26. The wooden lining of the lodges (18 square meters and 27 square meters) and the furniture were burnt.
