On October 4, at 20:01 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that fire had broken out in the basement of a workshop on Nubarashen 15th Street of Yerevan city.

Six fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of the Yerevan Rescue Department, the operative group Crisis Management National Center, the duty groups from the Management Division For Firefighting And Rescue Activities and the Medical Care Provision Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 21:24 and extinguished at 21:38. Cotton waste (about 70 square meters) was burnt.
