On January 11, at 01:52 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that shops and pavilions had been on fire on Kamo Street in Noyemberyan town.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out in two-storey (about 360 square meters) shop-pavilions.

The fire was localized at 02:40 and extinguished at 03:03. The second floor (3 stalls, about 180 square meters) with its property were burnt.
