On November 19, at 23: an emergency call was received to Ararat Regional Crisis Management Center that fire had broken out in a house on the first street in Mkhchyan village.

Two fire units and one water tank from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized on November 20, at 00:52 and extinguished at 10:00. The house (about 40 square meters) was burnt.
