On September 1, at 14։25 an emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that fire had broken out in a house in Lanjaghbyur village.

Two fire units from Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that a semi-built building (about 120 square meters) was burning adjacent to a house on Ilikavank Street in Lanjaghbyur village.

The fire was localized at 17:24 and extinguished at 23:35. The wooden constructions of the roof, about 950 bales of hay stored inside the building and an exploited “VAZ” car were burnt.

The firefighters prevented the fire from spreading to the house.
