On November 9, at 08:26 an emergency call was received to Armavir Regional Crisis Management Center that housed had been on fire in Jrarat village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out in a building on Yerkatughayin Street.

"Number 2" degree of fire complexity was announced: two fire units and one water tanker from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Yerevan and Regional Rescue Departments of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA left for the scene.

"Number 3" degree of fire complexity was announced: two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department and the duty group of the Management Division for Firefighting and Rescue Activities of the Rescue Forces Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA left for the scene.

The fire was localized at 10:27 and extinguished at 12:39. Two apartments with furniture (totally about 85 square meters) and a third apartment (about 25 square meters) were burnt. The partition walls of two apartments (about 25 square meters) from the ceiling and about 80 square meters from the roof of the building collapsed.

The rescuers found the dead body of A. A. (born in 1953).

One tractor was involved in the demolition activities.
