On November 16, at 22։13 an emergency call was received to Shirak Regional Crisis Management Center that bakery-garage had been on fire next a house on 12th Street in Horom village.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that the fire broke out in the barn.

The fire was localized at 22:49 and extinguished at 00:45 on November 17. The wooden ceiling (about 25 square meters) of the hayloft was burnt. There were no casualties.
