On October 5, at 21:00 an emergency call was received to Vayots Dzor Crisis Management Center that roof had been on fire at a recreation area in Hermon village.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Departments of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that the fire broke out in the first one-storey stone building (about 1200 square meters) of the recreation area on the 4th street of the village.

The fire was localized at 22։18 and extinguished at 22։52.  About 300 square meters of the suspended ceiling (about 400 square meters) and partially the furniture were burnt.
