On December 29, at 03:17 an emergency call was received to Shirak Regional Crisis Management Center that small house had been on fire near a house in the 61st block of Shirakatsi in Gyumri town: there was a resident inside.

Three fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched.

The fire was localized at 04:12 and extinguished at 06:30: the dead body of Kh. S. (born in 1971) was found inside.
