On July 13, at 19:27 an emergency call was received to Armavir Regional Crisis Management Center that grassland had been on fire in the beginning of Gribayedov village.

Three fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Regional Rescue Departments of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

It turned out that fire had broken out in the barn (about 400 square meters) in the beginning of the village.

The fire was localized at 20:14 and extinguished at 21:00. The wooden constructions of the barn roof and about 1000 bales of hay in the attic were burnt. Four animals perished in the fire.

The rescuers managed to evacuate 200 animals from the barn and prevented the fire from spreading to a nearby barn and residential houses.
