On August 24, at 18։46 emergency call was received to Gegharkunik Regional Crisis Management Center that fire had broken out in a house on the 1st dead-end of Demirchyan Street in Gavar town.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 19:30 and extinguished at 20:10. The house (about 64 square meters), the entrance hall (about 4 square meters), about 32 square meters of the ceiling and the furniture of the house and appliances were partially burnt.
