Fire in an apartment
On October 7, at 16:51 an emergency call was received to Crisis Management National Center that smoke had been noticed in an apartment on the 5th floor of a building at 1 Nerkin Shengavit Street of Yerevan city.
Four fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squads of the Yerevan Rescue Department, one fire unit and one autoladder of the Regional Rescue Department, the operative group of the Crisis Management National Center, the duty groups from the Management Divisions for Firefighting and Rescue Activities of the Rescue Forces Department and the Yerevan Rescue Department and the psychologist on duty of the Psychological Assistance Division of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.
The fire was localized at 17։40 and extinguished at 17։48.
The living room (10 square meters) and the closed balcony (8 square meters) with furniture were damaged and the hall with property (10 square meters) in an apartment (about 45 square meters) was burnt at 1 Shahamiryanner Street.
The emergency employee provided appropriate medical care to a citizen on the spot.
