On July 12, at 14:55 an emergency call was received to Kotayk Regional Crisis Management Center that fire had broken out in a house on Kotayki Street in Abovyan town.

Two fire units and a water tank from the Fire and Rescue Squads of Yerevan and Regional Rescue Departments of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 15:30 and extinguished at 16:11. About 100 wooden pallets and the roof (about 70 square meters) were burnt.

The rescuers prevented the fire from spreading to the house.
