On June 16, at 04:27 information was received to Syunik Regional Crisis Management Center that car accident had occurred at the 48th kilometer of Meghri-Qajaran roadway: a truck crashed into a rock and caught fire.

One fire unit from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene.

The fire was localized at 06:15 and extinguished at 07:05. “Daf” truck (loaded with 24 tons of cement) was burnt. There were no casualties.
