On January 16, at 01։26 an emergency call was received to Armavir Regional Crisis Management Center that house had been on fire on Teryan Street in Vagharshapat town.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of the Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of the MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

The fire was localized at 01:56 and extinguished at 03:39. About 50 square meters of the roof of the house (100 square meters), about 40 square meters of the ceiling and the furniture in the room were burnt.
