On September 3, at 05:21 an emergency call was received to Tavush Regional Crisis Management Center that car had been on fire on Metaghagortsner Street in Ijevan town.

Two fire units from the Fire and Rescue Squad of Regional Rescue Department of the Rescue Service of MIA of RA dispatched to the scene. 

It turned out that that fire broke out in the body of "GAZelle" truck loaded with charcoal (driver A. A.).

The fire was localzied at 05:57 and extinguished at 06:28. The charcoal loaded in hull was burnt.
